Here is what MTV Tr3s posted in an article headlined "Selena Gomez Hearts Kim Kardashian?":
We spotted Selena Gomez cheering for her novio Nick Jonas on-stage (with a standing ovation!) at "Dancing With The Stars" last week, but we hear that the estrella was also "Burnin' Up" for someone else?
It turns out Selena was also cheering for Kim Kardashian! The 16-year-old Disney actress admits that she is rooting for the reality star to win the competition. Word is that la chiquita will be voting non-stop for the curvaceous brunette.

Janet Jackson feels Nasty?
Singer Janet Jackson was rushed to a hospital with an unexplained illness minutes before a performance in Montreal on Monday night.
Jackson's publicists said in a statement the singer "got suddenly ill during her sound check ... and had to be rushed to the hospital just before showtime."
The statement said Jackson, 42, was being monitored in the hospital, but her publicists were unable to say on Tuesday whether she had been released and gave no further information about her illness.
Jackson, currently on her Rock Witchu tour, was making her first appearance in Montreal in seven years.
The show was canceled about five minutes before rapper LL Cool J was to begin his opening act, and it was not clear whether Jackson's next scheduled date, in Boston on Wednesday, would go ahead.
Last week, Jackson called off a concert in Detroit due to "production restraints," local media said.
Jackson was one of the best-selling female recording artists of the late 1980s and 1990s with hit albums that include "Control" and "Rhythm Nation 1814."
She is the youngest of nine siblings in the Jackson family of singers that produced the 1970s pop group the Jackson 5 and self-styled "King of Pop" Michael Jackson.

Ricky Ullman's Back!
Raviv (Ricky)'s new show, "Rita Rocks", has been taping at CBS Studios in Studio City, California every Friday for the past couple of weeks and will continue filming until November 21st. The show is set to premiere at 8:30pm Pacific time on Lifetime on October 20th so be sure to check your local listings so you can watch it! Raviv plays the role of Kip, Hallie's boyfriend.The pilot has been re-shot to feature scenes with Natalie Dreyfuss who has replaced Lauren Collins in the role of Rita's daughter, Hallie Clements.
Raviv recently told the studio audience of "Rita Rocks" on September 19 that his band, "his orchestra", has finished their first CD so keep checking back with their myspace with news on that. his orchestra will be playing at an Obama Fundraiser this Thursday, the 25th, in West Hollywood. 'Womanizer' Leak Not Official
Gossip blogs and celebrity Web sites lit up Friday (September 19) when a 37-second, static-filled snippet of the first single from Britney Spears' upcoming album, Circus, was briefly posted on a radio station's Web site before being removed.
The snippet of disco-inflected track, called "Womanizer," was briefly posted on the Web site of Nashville radio station 107.5-FM The River before being taken down, although at press time the clip could still be found elsewhere online.
Based on the brief snippet, the Outsyders-produced song is a bouncy dance track with a sing-song chorus that frequently repeats the title; Britney coos about a possible lover who has a reputation of being a womanizer.
According to Britney's label, the station obtained the snippet by recording a phone call in which a radio rep played a rough mix of the song for people at the station — which seems likely, judging by the horrendous sound quality of the clip. At the label's request, the station removed the clip from its Web site.
Fans won't have to wait long for the song's official release, which takes place on Monday. The album follows on December 2, Britney's birthday.
Along with the Outsyders, collaborators on the album include Keri Hilson, Sean Garrett, Rodney Jerkins, Lil Jon, Nate "Danjahandz" Hills (who helmed "Gimme More") and Dr. Luke (who wrote and produced the album's title track), Guy Sigsworth, Bloodshy & Avant (who produced past hits "Toxic" and the big VMA winner "Piece of Me") and Max Martin (who wrote "... Junkie XL Not Included in 'Circus'
Rumor has it producer/remixer Junkie XL's tracks will not make Circus' final cut.
In a press release Junkie XL's manager says: "Junkie XL had been asked to write 3 songs for Britney Spears' new album. Those 3 tracks were offered to her but Britney decided not to use any of the tracks."
Junkie XL, real name Tom Holkenborg, has worked on several Britney projects before including an official remix of "Gimme More" & "Outrageous," as well as crafting the track "And Then We Kiss."

According to a report by British tabloid The Sun, Britney will be performing her new single, “Womanizer,” on Simon Cowell’s UK reality show “The X Factor.”
The appearance is reportedly set to happen in Decemeber.
“Everyone is thrilled. To have Britney involved is a massive coup. They expect ratings to go through the roof when her performance airs,” a source close to the show reportedly told The Sun.
When contacted by Access Hollywood, reps for Britney were not immediately available for comment on the report.
If true, the gig would be Britney’s first performance in the UK since she brought her Onyx Hotel tour there four years ago.
In related news, a clip of “Womanizer” has reportedly been leaked online, according to various reports. A Nashville radio station, 107.5 The River, posted a clip of the song on Friday, however it has since taken it down.

Badgley: 90210 Kids 'Too Thin'
Forget Dylan being revealed as the father of Kelly Taylor’s baby on the new “90210” – the topic that’s got Hollywood buzzing is whether or not the new CW show’s young female stars are too thin.
Much has been made recently over the appearances of several of the “90210” stars, including leading ladies Shenae Grimes and Jessica Stroup.
A new Us Weekly article even went as far to say some of the show’s male stars are showing concern for their co-stars.
“I heard some of the boys on the show are going to sit down with the girls and talk to them,” a source close to the show told Us. “The girls were all skinny when they started, but they’re definitely thinner now.”
Entertainment Weekly also ran a feature on the same issue, questioning if the skinny starlets were setting a bad example.
“Everyone says television adds five or ten pounds, so if you’re watching and someone looks like they haven’t eaten in forever, what must they look like in person?” EW quoted a Hollywood insider who works with young actresses on popular series as saying. “Why doesn’t someone on set or a producer or a studio head say, ‘This is not okay’?”
But apparently, those associated with “90210” aren’t the only ones taking notice of the girls’ physiques.
“Gossip Girl” star Penn Badgley is also reportedly weighing in on the topic, agreeing with the notion the girls may be too skinny and offering some dietary advice.
“I hope they eat a double cheeseburger or something,” Badgley said in an interview with AOL’s PopEater blog.
Badgley, who plays nice guy Dan “lonelyboy” Humphrey on “Gossip Girl,” also noted that he was thankful his female co-stars are “healthy” and “aren’t bone-thin.”
“[I’ve] never been [a] proponent of the thin LA girls,” Badgley added.

Access Hollywood caught up with author Candace Bushnell at the “Sex and The City: The Movie” DVD launch party at the New York Public Library Thursday night where she revealed her casting ideas.
“I did just sign a deal to write two young adult books about Carrie Bradshaw’s teenage years,” she told Access Hollywood.
And who would Candace like to see step into the role made famous by Sarah Jessica Parker if her new “Sex” prequel book was to be adapted for TV or film?
“I don’t know…Miley Cyrus!” Candace revealed.
As previously reported by Access, Miley has expressed interest in playing a character similar to Carrie Bradshaw.
“I’d love to do a younger, cleaner version of ‘Sex and The City,’” the Disney star told TV Guide last June.
In the meantime, fans of the adult version of Carrie and the ladies can look forward to more “Sex” at your local cinema according to the author.
“People are talking sequel,” Candace added.

Nick Jonas has a new best friend: a golden retriever named Elvis.
The pup was a birthday gift from his family, according to the band's rep. The youngest member of the Jonas Brothers band, who turned 16 on Tuesday, named the pup for two of his favorite musicians, Elvis Costello and Elvis Presley.
Though the band has been busy working on its upcoming film, Jonas Brothers 3-D Concert Movie (which will open Feb. 22, 2009), Nick still made time for Elvis on Tuesday, taking him for a walk around his L.A. neighborhood.

Miley Cyrus has been dating 20-year-old Justin Gaston, an underwear model and aspiring country singer.
“Miley and Justin were really playful with each other,” an eyewitness at the evangelical church tells OK!. “And for being with her parents, they were extremely touchy-feely. Miley had her hands on Justin’s stomach. They definitely seemed like a couple. Her parents, Billy Ray and Tish, really gave them space.”
Billy Ray, who is a host on Nashville Star, reportedly took Gaston under his wing, eventually introducing him to Miley three months ago, in June.
Allen Osborne, Men’s Director at Vision Modeling, where Gaston is signed, said, “He doesn’t drink. He doesn’t smoke. He’s a very up-and-up guy.”

Miley Cyrus has landed a new, as of yet untitled Disney movie that is based on the upcoming novel by Nicholas Sparks. Disney and Sparks are keeping details of the plot secret, only saying that Sparks will also write the screenplay on the book, which is set for a 2009 release. More than likely the plot will be more adult like than Cryus's most famous role in the Hannah Montana series.

Miley gives back... again?
Miley Cyrus, Jessica Alba, Mischa Barton and Vanessa Hudgens are among a host of female celebrities who have designed T-shirts for their favourite charities.
The ladies have all created her own 'Spread the Love' T-shirt with designers at Los Angeles based fashion line 2 Love, which will be sold at $50 each. A portion of the shirts' proceeds will be donated to the star's chosen cause - Cyrus' design will benefit the 1736 Family Crisis Center, while profits from Alba's creation will go to help the StepUp Women's Network.
And Alba revelled in the task.
She says, "I had a blast being creative and designing this tee shirt, and I know whenever I see these tees on women, I'll be reminded to 'Spread the Love'!"
Actress Alyssa Milano has also put her creative talents on display for the charity drive, and she is donating her T-shirt's proceeds to the United Nations Children's Fund (Unicef) - of which she is an ambassador.
She tells People.com, "I love the idea behind 2 Love clothing. It is fun to mix fashion and charity. The cute tank makes a statement, and helps Unicef increase public awareness of the challenges facing the world's children and create positive change around the globe."

The other (not so) surprising development is the return of Lindsay Lohan (who made an appearance at the bash before dashing off to her mom Dina’s birthday party). One of her first scenes this season will be a messy food fight. But even though Lohan was covered with pizza and milkshakes –in multiple takes, no less –her cast members praised her for being a total professional. R&B singer Rihanna rarely gets drunk because she was taught the dangers of booze by her alcoholic father.
The Barbados-born star recently revealed that her childhood was blighted by her dad's drink and drug problems, admitting that as a child she was often left to care for her younger brothers while her mother was at work.
But Rihanna insists that the behaviour of her father - who left home when she was nine - taught her some valuable lessons, as she has seen the problems drink can cause.
She says, "I'd go out and get drunk in Barbados, but I never went over the top. I was never in Amy Winehouse mode. I'd seen what alcohol and drugs had done to my dad and I wasn't going to follow in his footsteps. I knew my limits when I was a kid and I still do.
"I go out to have fun, to dance and laugh at people fighting or dressed like whores. I never get to the point where I want to throw up, can't stand up straight or say things I'm likely to regret in the morning."

Us Weekly reports that Ferrera isn't happy with the way female relationships are depicted on popular TV shows.
The star of ABC's Ugly Betty, which constantly debates the themes of beauty on the inside vs. the outside, told the October issue of Seventeen, "If you're watching The Hills or 90210, all the backstabbing shapes... the way we act, you go to school, and you think your job is to find a sworn enemy and be jealous of each other."
In that case, what does Ferrera think about Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants co-star Blake Lively's hit show Gossip Girl? She admits, "I mean, I love Blake; she's a wonderful friend of mine, but shows like Gossip Girl kind of condition us to be mean." (Interesting since Ugly Betty, while sweet in the end, has some of the cattiest 'tudes on TV).

America's Anti-Gossip?
It's no surprise we're into the goss, duh—it shocks us, tho, when other people ain't so into it—or at least, say they aren't. Ugly Betty babe America Ferrera says she doesn't love Travelling Pants costar Blake Lively's CW show, saying that Gossip Girl sends femmes the wrong message about how to behave.
Said A.F. to the Associated Press: "All the backstabbing shapes the way" gals treat one another, and that it teaches women "to be mean."
Please, 'Mer. Women were mean long before shows like Gossip Girl or The Hills hit the airwaves. We absolutely guarantee that cavewomen were bickering behind each other's backs with grunting noises back in the B.C. days, just like today's little girls yank each other's pigtails on the playground.
Only difference is, Hollywood realized it could make money off a bunch of good-lookin', bloodthirsty chicks one-upping one another. Then again, didn't Heathers come out in the '80s, long before even the first 90210 hit the tube? The bitchy babe is here to stay. Get used to it, America. Both of you.
Oh, and let's not rule out the menfolk, here—it's a human trait to be competitive and backstabbing, not a female thing. Women are just better at slamming down the insults, while men usually like to settle disagreements with a Kanye-style smackdown. (Not us, 'course—we use our effed up vocabulary, not our fists.) But what say you about the goss game? Which sex is the bigger—and better—back talker?

After much speculation that Demarchelier was shooting Britney for an upcoming Vogue issue, Vogue's editor-in-chief Anna Wintour said she "will never put her on the cover again," according to a source.
My first choice is Vanity Fair, but according to Eonline.com, it's a long shot. "Vanity Fair's editor-in-chief Graydon Carter has made some unconventional choices in the past, including a much-criticized cover of Paris Hilton and, to a lesser degree, Lindsay Lohan. But a V.F. spokesperson says she doesn't think a Spears story is in the works: 'It's not something that I've been told or heard about.'"
According to E!'s Marc Malkin, most industry insiders have put their money on Glamour Magazine.
"'Patrick shoots for Glamour all the time,' one insider explains. 'She's perfect for Glamour.' A rep for Glamour would not confirm or deny an upcoming appearance by the "Oops!... I Did It Again" singer. 'We don't comment on upcoming issues,' the rep said.
While known primarily as Vogue's main shutterbug, Demarchelier IS allowed to shoot for other mags like Glamour as long as they're within parent company Conde Nast's empire. Besides, another insider says, Spears has a good history with Glamour. She appeared on the cover of their Women of the Year issue in 2003 and "it sold very well," the insider says. Spears then appeared at the annual Women of the Year awards alongside other honorees like former POW Jessica Lynch and Seabiscuit author Laura Hillenbrand."

Britney Spears arrives at the Little Red Door Restaurant for dinner in Hollywood on Thursday night.
The 26-year-old singer has impressed her RCA bosses so much recently, that they are pushing for her next album to be released in December. “Britney’s last album, Blackout, was released in the middle of her meltdown and carried negative associations,” a source told The Sun. “It did OK but wasn’t as big as her previous releases.
Label chiefs vowed her private life would never be allowed to overshadow her career again.“However, they’ve been astonished by how well she’s managed to piece her life back together.”
The RCA bosses are reportedly planning to release a single in November then a big relaunch in December with the album and live shows.

"Hold on, I know this is live TV but I can't hear anything," she said as she starting singing her quadruple platinum hit "With You" on Good Morning America. The music stopped, the crowd in Times Square went silent and then she counted down for her musicians to start again.
"You got it?" she asked. "There you go!"The 28-year-old singer said her new country album, titled Do You Know, reflects her true self."It's a natural place for me," she said on GMA. "I've always been a country girl. It feels good to be on stage being myself."
Asked if she is excited to play aunt to younger sister Ashlee's baby, due in November, Simpson responded: "I am! Oh my god! I can't believe it!"
Simpson also referred to quarterback beau Tony Romo by yelling "Go Cowboys!" and warning Philadelphia Eagles fans, "That's next week! We're gonna kick your butts, too!"

Most celebrities are speaking out against Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin, like Matt Damon who thinks she's totally absurd.
Pamela Anderson, 41, was recently in Toronto speaking out against the abuse of animals in Hollywood. When asked by E! News Weekend Canada about Palin, she has some choice words for the Republican hopeful. The reporter asked Pam if she saw the recent Newsweek article, which showed a gigantic bear hide in the office of Palin's house.
''I can't stand her,'' Pam blurted out. ''She can suck it!''
Pam is a vegetarian, an advocate for animal rights, and an active member of the animal protection organization People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA).

"It got to a point where she was so peeved she couldn't take it anymore," a Sparks pal told Pop Tarts. "Jordin felt very strongly the issue needed to be addressed and has no regrets saying what she said."
Reps for Sparks and Brand did not respond to requests for comment. But it isn't just the chastity condemnation that has caused an outcry across America - Brand's "retard cowboy fella" reference toward President Bush has deeply angered numerous disability groups.
"We don't think the words 'retard' or 'retarded' should be used in connection with people," Andrew Imparato, the president of the American Association of People with Disabilities, told Pop Tarts. "When either word gets used, we find it offensive, don't think it's funny, and find it similar to the 'n' word in that it has a long and sordid history and does real harm to the people who have carried that label historically."
But it turns out that Brand's wild ways have gotten him in deep trouble before - he was even fired from the network that has given him his fame today. Brand's first major hosting gig was as a veejay for MTV in the U.K., but he thought it would be funny to come to work dressed as Usama bin Laden after 9/11. His contract was consequently terminated.
"We then hired him back in a swirling haze of scandal," Van Toffler, the MTVN president, said in a statement earlier this year. "We're definitely gluttons for punishment, since we already know he's sought advice from some of his British colleagues, like Amy Winehouse, about how to behave in public."

Ali has no doubts that Conway - who has twin sons Kelton and Cameron, 13, and daughter Leilani, 9, from a previous relationship - will do his fair share of diaper duty now that baby "CJ" (short for Curtis Junior) has arrived.
During her pregnancy, "[Curtis] picked up a lot of the slack at home," Ali told PEOPLE earlier this year. "He's going to be excellent when the baby comes." Another sure thing? When Ali revealed to PEOPLE that she was expecting a son, the proud mom-to-be declared, "This boy is going to be an athlete, definitely."
Odds are definitely stacked in CJ's favor: Along with mom and dad's impressive athletic stats, CJ is also the grandchild of boxing legend Muhammad Ali.

At Sunday's MTV "Video Music Awards," Miley told Access Hollywood's Mel B that the Spears' and Cyrus' are close.
"My mom and [Britney] are like great, great friends," The "Hannah Montana" star told Mel B.
Miley was also inspired by her own mom at Sunday's awards show -- inspired to borrow a pair of her mom's shoes for the red carpet. "I'm adjusting to these shoes, they're too small!" Miley said with a tinge of discomfort. "They're my mom's. Not good!"Not letting the inspiration stop with just the Spears family, or her mom's fashion sense, Miley said her Zac Posen dress made her want to dance in the middle of the red carpet.
"I feel like --I'm like dancing -- like salsa!" Miley added.

Jonas Brothers like Demi Lovato
The Jonas Brothers team up with Demi Lovato to shoot some stills for an album cover while in London on Tuesday.
After 2008 MTV VMAs host Russell Brand made fun of the Jonas Brothers for their purity rings, they paid a visit to Radio 1 in London and responded with grace, having nothing negative to say about the comedian despite his jokes.
After their visit to Radio 1, the brothers met up with Demi Lovato for their photo shoot. The photo shoot took place around Soho and the World Famous 'Eros" Statue.

Two of the age-eligible Jonas Brothers, Kevin and Joe, recently registered to vote thanks to newlywed Ellen DeGeneres and Declare Yourself.
The 50-year-old talk show host finds this election to be hugely important and she's committed to a partnership with Declare Yourself during the month of September, where they'll be registering people at show tapings.
On the day they taped the fall premiere, Kevin, 20, and Joe, 19, were two of the first voter registrants. Ellen will make the official announcement on her show tomorrow, so tune in!

Gym Class Heroes star Travis McCoy - who has been dating the brunette beauty since 2005 - insists he should be the only person Katy kisses.
When asked which woman he would like to see his girlfriend kiss, he replied: "Definitely none!" However, Travis then seemed to have a change of heart and added: "Well, maybe Elisabeth Shue. She was my first crush from the movie 'Adventures In Babysitting.'" Travis revealed he loves being in a relationship with 23-year-old Katy, and enjoys their morning cuddling sessions. He said: "It's kind of silly, but I love it. And also just goofing around. We kind of have our own language that only we understand - it just works."
The 27-year-old rocker also spoke about the promise ring he gave Katy, and admitted it is his way of signifying his commitment to the singer. Kanye West has just been arrested at LAX for felony vandalism.A still photographer was trying to take pics of Kanye at the American Airlines terminal. According to our guy on the scene, Kanye allegedly confronted the photog and smashed his camera to the ground.Our photog then began videotaping the scene when Kanye's assistant grabbed our camera -- a struggle ensued and the assistant threw the video camera to the ground, breaking it.When Kanye realized our camera guy had videotaped the incident, he rushed our guy and yelled, "Gimme that f**king tape!"Both Kanye and his assistant have been arrested and will be booked.

Did you see the MTV Video Music Awards last night? If so, you couldn't miss the svelte Spears rocking that super-sparkly, silver Versace mini-dress. Aside from showing off her banging bod, Britney also swept the awards, winning Video of the Year, Female Video and Best Pop Video for "Piece of Me."
Though there was all sorts of hot gossip that Britney would be singing in the show's opener, no such luck. It was announced yesterday that Lauren Conrad has signed on to write a three-book series of young adult fiction for HarperCollins.
“The first book is scheduled to hit shelves in the summer of 2009,” The Hills star reveals. “They will be titled L.A. Candy and tell a behind-the scenes story of a young girl who moves to L.A. and unexpectedly becomes the star of a reality television show. The books will be loosely inspired by my own experience and are definitely influenced by my own life. Some of the characters may symbolize people in my life, but it is in no way calling anyone out.”
Lauren, 22, adds, “I’ve always loved books that I could lose myself in, ones that would transport me to another place, but had characters I could relate to. So, I’m so excited to have this opportunity to write books like that for other readers.”
